Ingredients
- Wheat flour 20gm
- Maize flour 10gm
- Tomato 25gm
- Onion 25gm
- Carrot 10gm
- Spring Onion 1 stalk
- Capsicum 15gm
- Tomato ketchup 10gm
- Rajma 10gm
- Corn 10gm
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili flakes 5gm
- Oregano 5gm
- Oil 10gm
Steps
- Soak rajma, pressure cook with corn. Chop the vegetables in long strips and grate the carrot.
- Prepare the dough of wheat flour and maize flour. Roll into a chapati.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the vegetables, then add rajma, tomato ketchup, corn, chili flakes, oregano, and salt.
- On the rolled chapati, place the stuffing on one half and pack the stuffing with another half by placing it on top of the stuffing.
- Seal the sides by making a design with the help of a fork.
- Roll evenly from both the sides until hard and crispy.
- Cut into 2 parts and serve.
