Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 20gm
  • Maize flour 10gm
  • Tomato 25gm
  • Onion 25gm
  • Carrot 10gm
  • Spring Onion 1 stalk
  • Capsicum 15gm
  • Tomato ketchup 10gm
  • Rajma 10gm
  • Corn 10gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes 5gm
  • Oregano 5gm
  • Oil 10gm

Steps

  • Soak rajma, pressure cook with corn. Chop the vegetables in long strips and grate the carrot.
  • Prepare the dough of wheat flour and maize flour. Roll into a chapati.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the vegetables, then add rajma, tomato ketchup, corn, chili flakes, oregano, and salt.
  • On the rolled chapati, place the stuffing on one half and pack the stuffing with another half by placing it on top of the stuffing.
  • Seal the sides by making a design with the help of a fork.
  • Roll evenly from both the sides until hard and crispy.
  • Cut into 2 parts and serve.
